Description
If you plan a quiet, focused approach, you instinctively reach for the Blaser Zielfernrohr B1 2.8–20x50 iC.
Those who want to combine speed with control will find a reliable partner here.
The settings can be clearly tracked, and changes remain reproducible.
The choice of materials follows the purpose: robust, purpose-built, and without unnecessary ballast.
This keeps the system reliable and predictable over many uses.
Finish and handling intertwine: surfaces are pleasant to the touch, the mechanism runs smoothly, and the balance supports fatigue-free work.
The result looks tidy and coherent.
Product description
The maximum 20x magnification and the bright 50 mm objective diameter in an ultra-compact design define the rifle scope.
An ideal all-round rifle scope for all hunting situations.
The high magnification enables precise aiming and confidence at long distances.
Reticle in the 1st focal plane – zero tolerance
For the highest possible shooting precision under all conditions, technical solutions are required in which precision-reducing factors are already constructively excluded. This applies to the firearm and to the scope mount as well as to the optic itself.
For this reason, for example, the attachments for the Blaser saddle mount are located directly on the barrel, creating a consistently precise unit of aiming optic and barrel.
The construction of Blaser rifle scopes is the logical continuation of this philosophy. Because only with rifle scopes that have the reticle in the first focal plane can the point of impact, when changing magnification, not change due to design.
The reticle is merged with the target image before the moving parts of the zoom system come into play.
In line with our claim "Zero Tolerance".
With modern rifle scopes the reticle is usually in the second focal plane, near the ocular. Its disadvantage, however, is that mechanical tolerances during magnification changes can cause point-of-aim deviations.
To always meet the highest precision requirements, Blaser rifle scopes were deliberately equipped with reticle positioning in the first focal plane – the objective image plane.
Only with this construction do mechanical tolerances during magnification changes have no influence on the point of impact.
Precision in detail – The reticle revolution
Reticle position in the first focal plane, fine reticle with low target coverage even at high magnification and daylight-illuminated dot, which can be adjusted to the most extreme lighting conditions:
From winter hunting in daylight to boar hunting at night. Swiss technology has made it possible.
Strong, visibility-obscuring reticle bars at high magnification used to present the drawback of reticle positioning in the first focal plane.
Thanks to innovative Swiss phase-grid technology it has been possible for Blaser rifle scopes to realize a small reticle footprint even at high magnifications.
In combination with the adjustable illuminated dot for different visibility conditions, this yields a combination that promotes precise hitting under all hunting conditions.
iC Illumination Control – Focus on what matters
If the Blaser Repetierbüchse R8 is equipped with iC Spannschieber, when the bolt carrier is advanced into a ready-to-fire position the illuminated dot of all Blaser rifle scope models is automatically activated (older Blaser R8 models can be retrofitted with iC Spannschieber without issue).
A sensor in the scope detects the position of the bolt carrier and thus automatically turns the illuminated dot on and off.
To prepare for the shot, only a single hand movement is required: releasing the safety (cocking the action) of the weapon.
The intensity of the illuminated dot always corresponds to the last setting.
Its setting is conveniently adjusted via the adjustment wheel mounted on the right side of the scope.
