XS Walnut Carbon steel

Following the great success and enduring popularity of the Old Bear series in the style of traditional utility pocket knives, Antonini has launched the same series in good old carbon steel for lovers of the original and authentic. When no chrome is added to the steel, it has the advantage of being very easy to resharpen. This type of blade does not require a complex sharpening system or even the manufacturer. Just like in grandfather's day, the underside of a plate or the bottom of an earthenware grain bottle is enough to quickly restore the knife's sharpness. With use, the blades gradually acquire the proper gray patina, which in turn provides a certain degree of rust protection.
