Universal knife RAN

The Yaxell RAN utility knife is an all-round genius for the kitchen - a valuable helper for a variety of cutting tasks in the kitchen. The finely drawn Damascus design of the blade is the result of 34 layers of stainless carbon steel, which are forged onto the stainless core layer of VG 10 steel on each side of the blade, creating a Damascus look with a total of 69 layers. The handle is finished with a stainless steel cap for additional stability. Robust linen micarta with a wood look is used for the handle. The blades are fixed and secured in the handle with 2 stainless steel rivets.
