With the B&H exclusive model 284 Carry, the German firearms manufacturer Spohr sets the new standard in the 4-inch utility and sports revolver segment. Versatile usability, absolute precision, crystal-clear trigger characteristics and the highest level of vertical integration at a reasonable price were the focus during the development of this gun.
The 284 Carry is designed as a versatile utility revolver that can also be used for sport shooting. The mounting rail also allows the use of a red dot sight. The LPA sight with fiber optic inserts (rear sight & front sight) guarantees fast target acquisition under a wide range of lighting conditions. The aim in the development of this revolver was to create an ideal weapon for carrying (e.g. as a trap gun), which can also be used to achieve very good results in sport shooting.
All lock parts are wire-eroded from high-tempered steel and not made from cheap MIM as is the case with other manufacturers. This significantly improves the trigger characteristics and durability.
The barrel is a cold hammer forged polygon match barrel, which is characterized by its precision, durability and ease of cleaning.
The frame size of the 284 is identical to the standard L-frame frame size on the market. This means that almost all standard attachments on the market, such as grips and sights, can be fitted to the 284.
The revolver is also available in combination with a 9mm Luger interchangeable barrel, which significantly reduces ammunition costs during training.
