SAVAGE B22 PRECISION LITE .22lr LL 46cm / 18 THREAD 1/2-28 The 22 Precision Lite is part of the B-series from Savage Arms. This model is also available in a magnum version. The B22 Precision Lite from Savage Arms has a 45.7 cm free-floating carbon steel precision barrel. This is hand-straightened and button-rifled, which ensures optimum heat dissipation and thus improves precision and rigidity. A silencer can be easily attached to the muzzle thread. As the model name suggests, this bolt action rifle is only available in .22 LR and .22 WMR caliber. Savage Arms' famous AccuTrigger system allows for even more accurate range shooting, as the shooter has the flexibility to adjust the trigger according to his wishes and needs. A scope can be easily mounted on the one-piece Picatinny rail. The system is made of steel. The 2-position safety sits on the butt stock and is easy to reach and operate. The oversized repeating lever enables fast repeating even when wearing gloves. This repeater has a 10-round rotary magazine. The black, one-piece MDT (Modular Driven Technologies) aluminum chassis of the B17 Precision is a special feature of the B17 series. With this chassis, the length of pull and comb height can be individually adjusted, allowing the shooter to better customize this rifle to their own needs. The oversized grip of the chassis ensures that this bolt action rifle is easier to handle. The M-Lock handguard also offers better barrel cooling and a 2-leg can be easily integrated. A rifle sling can be attached to the sling swivel eyelets provided for this purpose. The whole thing is rounded off by a narrow, black rubber butt plate.
