Guy Poggetti, knife designer from Marseille in France, is fascinated by art, technology and craftsmanship and incorporates this dedication into his designs. As with the Böker Plus Sanjo. Named after the small town of the same name in Niigata Prefecture, the pocket knife is designed in a neo-Japanese style. Equipped with a ball-bearing tanto blade made of VG10, the gentleman's knife tackles everyday cutting tasks with stoic efficiency. For a tidy look, the flipper disappears completely between the stainless steel liners when open, picking up on the striking stonewash finish of the blade and locking the inner center of the knife with the robust liner lock.
