The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite is an angle-adjustable knife sharpening system that stands for precision and perfect sharpening results. The sharpening angles can be adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments. The Tri-Brasive handles contain diamond plates with grit sizes en 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 as well as a ceramic plate with a fine grit for repairing, sharpening and honing. The leather strop refines and polishes the blade for optimum results. Another ceramic rod is specially designed for sharpening serrated blades.
