Nordic-Components AR-15 Conversion System .22lr Gen. 2 with AR typical fore-end cross-section, continuous Picatinny rail, and indicated ventilation openings (with BKA approval).
Specifically designed to convert standard AR15 systems to rimfire. Thanks to its Mil-Spec compatibility, it can be fully combined with existing components. The system is currently still free of entry requirements, provided an AR15 in .223 is registered in the firearms ownership card.
The barrel twist for the use of rimfire ammunition is optimized (1:16). The system housing is made of high-strength aluminum.
Some AR15 derivatives may require minor modifications by a skilled professional to ensure the system fits properly.
Note: The system is compatible with lowers featuring a Mil-Spec type oval bolt catch button. For lowers with a square bolt catch button (e.g., Schmeisser, HK MR223, HERA), modifications to the housing of the conversion system are necessary.
Delivery includes 1 x 10-round magazine.
