The Küchenschnibbler is the ideal EDC for anyone who loves to cook anytime and anywhere, and who believes a knife in the picnic basket or backpack can never be sharp enough. Thanks to the practical sheath with a clip, it is perfect for pocket carry or on a belt.

The Küchenschnibbler features a special inverse detent lock; the blade locks into a recess in the handle and is operated similarly to a slip-joint. The knife features an elegant handle with a lanyard hole at the end of the handle. The backspacer on all models is made of black G10, while the liners are stainless steel.
