LEE AUTO DRUM Powder Filling Device for mounting on reloading presses. Powder filling device for all powder types - ideal for use with LEE automatic presses. The powder fill is automatically activated via the cases as the loading press is operated. The micrometer adjustment provides the most precise measurement in 0.1-grain increments. The powder filler holds approximately 225 grams of powder, is rotatable, and opens or closes the powder flow. This makes it easy to remove the powder container and pour any powder residues back into the original container. The quick-change dosing units, pre-set to the exact amount required, can be swapped with a single motion. Note: by removing the Phillips screw along with the plastic linkage, the powder filler can operate automatically without needing to reset it each time. LEE Precision recommends during startup to fill the powder filler once with graphite powder. Graphite powder is an excellent conductive additive to improve electrical conductivity and to reduce the coefficient of friction of plastics. It is suitable for a variety of applications where very good conductivity is required, for example in electrically or thermally conductive plastics.
