The large knife with its 115 mm long blade in a classic skinner shape offers an absolutely secure grip thanks to its handle design and the ribbed thumb rest on the back of the blade, thus enabling the necessary secure cutting action. The sturdy 440C stainless steel blade also has a "gut hook" for sharpening the game blanket. The equally handy small knife (86 mm blade length) of the same quality can be used for finer cutting work when breaking up and carving game.
