The Glock 17 Gen4 MOS in 9 mm Luger caliber is popular with law enforcement agencies around the world due to its unsurpassed reliability, above-average magazine capacity and low weight.
The Gen4 pistol models offer features that make them very user-friendly.
The design is based on a Modular Back Strap (MBS) grip with a built-in short frame control block and allows the shooter to change the circumference of the grip and adapt it to the respective hand size. Replacing the grip is very quick and easy. When using an optional grip panel, the grip angle is not changed, which prevents any deviation from the usual shooting pattern. In addition, the grip frame and the interchangeable grip panels have a roughened surface (Gen4 RTF surface), which improves the grip when shooting.
The magazine catch is interchangeable and the support surface is enlarged and can also be attached to the right side of the pistol without the use of additional parts if required. The Gen4 models are also equipped with a tandem recoil spring, which reduces recoil and increases the service life of the spring.
