Description
As a lightweight slipjoint pocket knife, the handy Böker Barlow handles almost all everyday cutting tasks with ease. This version has contoured handle scales made from olive green Micarta canvas, while the bolsters and bolsters are made from matt blasted brass. The resulting color contrast is reminiscent of the arduous exploration expeditions of times long past. The satin-finished blade is made of ice-hardened 440C with 60 HRC and is opened with a nail nick. The knife's operating safety is increased by a 90° stop when opening and closing the blade. The characteristic teardrop shape of the Barlow can be traced back to the English pocket knives of the 17th century, making it certainly one of the oldest models of all.
