The charging current is internally limited to a maximum of 1 A.
Easy charging of the battery with a standard Micro-USB charging cable is possible.
As power sources, a PC, a power bank or a USB wall charger (5 V) can be used.
Alternatively the battery can also be charged with a lithium charger (maximum charging current 2.6 A).
At the positive terminal of the battery there is a charge-status LED.
During charging this LED glows red; when fully charged it switches to green.
